Family Case Management

FCM offers free pregnancy testing to childbearing teens and women by appointment. If the test is positive the pregnant teen or woman is connected to a Public Health Nurse. The Public Health Nurse will assist the mother-to-be with a variety of services involving the whole family.

Services available to FCM clients include medical coverage (medical card or Kid Care); nutrition education and assistance (WIC); mental health; education (school or GED/ childbirth/ breastfeeding/ child development/ special referrals); and others.
