Clinic Information

Eligibility: For the Vaccine for Children Program (VFC). Children are eligible if they are on a medical card, have no health insurance, or they have health insurance that does not pay for vaccines and they are under the age of 19. Immunizations are $15 each for those who are eligible for State Vaccine.  For children who are insured and for Adults please see the Price List (click here).
 
Allkids medical card will pay for children's immunizations.

Offsite Clinics done at the schools. Immunizations are offered at schools to help students meet school immunization requirements.
