Clinic Information

Eligibility: Children birth - 18 years of age that meet the requirement of the Vaccine for Children Program. Children are eligible if they are on a medical card, have no health insurance, or health insurance that does not pay for vaccines. There is no income limit. Adults are eligible for Tetanus/ Diphtheria and Measles, Mumps and Rubella Vaccines provided by the state. The Clay County Health Department, at our current cost, provides Hepatitis B, Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccine for adults.
 
Cost: Administration fee of $10.00 per immunization. Illinois Department of Public Aid medical card pays for children's immunizations. Adult Hepatitis B is currently $35.00 per dose, Influenza is $25.00 per dose and Pneumococcal is $40.00 per dose. Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccines are billed to Medicare if a card is presented.

Offsite Clinics done at the schools. Immunizations are offered at schools to help students meet school immunization requirements.
